Street Fighter II is still knocking the competition around in the arcades, and has also taken over the home console market as well on the Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis systems. Geez, someone had better make a movie about this thing. These aren't my copies of the game above, but just a picture I found; I never actually owned a copy of Street Fighter for any system.
Neither have I ever owned a copy of Link's Awakening, and it's another game that I'd never played until fairly recently when it was added to the Switch Online library of games, and I eventually also borrowed a copy of the redesigned Switch version. Both are awesome in their own way.
It's a wild game, showcasing Nintendo's penchant for the weird with their crossovers to different Nintendo properties while still feeling like a Zelda adventure through and through. This time, I played through enough of the introductory storyline to see the town and collect my sword and shield before allowing Link to rest, perchance to dream.
Now then, in the world of computer gaming, Myst felt like a peek into the future. A moody world with video clips built into the gameplay as you explore what's more or less an escape room island, I was sucked in to this one for a short period of time, but never quite enough to push through and finish it. And while this might seem like the opportunity for me to do just that, I'm not buying the game at this time because of everything else still on my plate for the next several months. It's nice to know how available it is if I decide to take another serious crack at it.

I also have to throw in a shout-out to Doom, as it had to be the most shared, copied, cracked, and pirated game of 1993 but wouldn't have shown up in terms of sales.
